Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Workfront

We use Adobe Workfront mainly for Creative Services to keep track of work and report on volume. We also build a complete life cycle for other marketing branches to make sure everything gets done in the correct order.

Pros

  • flexible to accommodate a variety of scenarios
  • lots of features
  • tasks organized for order of operations
  • reporting

Cons

  • lots of ways to do things confuses people
  • people who aren't in WF a lot find it more confusing
  • ability to handle high volume
  • crucial during pandemic
  • I don't have exact numbers with me but we definitely do more faster
We proof a ton, we have pumped reports into other applications, that's it...
The entire company uses Adobe Workfront to submit into creative to some capacity. It is the best with more remote people now.

High volume, Enterprise level, needing lots of customization, lots of reporting, plug into other solutions are all where Adobe Workfront is best. Very small companies, maybe not - lots of up keep and configuration for low volume, single solution
