Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Workfront

We use it as an Enterprise collaboration tool, work management, project management, and ticketing.

Pros

  • Collaboration via Updates
  • Historical information tracking
  • Keeping all Project related information in one place

Cons

  • Limitations in Reporting (the charts and graphs)
  • UI/UX is very plain and basic
  • Not being able to filter out two same, but different Objects (ie, filter out words that contain this and then words that contain that)
  • Reduces the amount of systems
  • Want a better way to replace Excel
We use Updates to track SLAs
We collaborate with multiple teams across our Enterprise using Queue Topics to submit Requests for support from multiple Teams
