Comprehensive management tool

We use Adobe Workfront as a tool for managing our many projects and it addresses several business problems for us. One is for project visibility and transparency. All timelines and project details, as well as team member progress are visible to everyone involved which helps everyone stay on the same page. This also optimizes workflow and accelerates the speed of our timelines. We don't have to ask redundant questions or try to find details of projects in a random chat or email. The task automation features also save us time and reduce the risk of human error. That way we can focus more on the strategy and business needs instead of the administrative tasks.

It also has a decent content management system, though it is specific to projects and tasks rather than overall content management, for the most part. It also helps manage team members' time and capacity which is extremely helpful for our managers and directors to figure out FTE needs, capacity discussions, etc.

We are able to have almost all of our communications in Adobe Workfront so that we don't lose any information, details, or requests in email or chats. Plus, the conversations are specific to a project or task so it doesn't muddle or confuse anyone while they are working on a project. The tools Adobe Workfront has facilitate teamwork and helps with the allocation of resources, keeping team members from getting overbooked or burnt out.
