Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Workfront
we use workfront to help us organize projects, keep track of timing, communication, and task management. Our organization is very large, so it helps us make sure we can keep track of all incoming project and make sure we dont miss important deadlines or communications.
Pros
- task management
- reminders
Cons
- improvement in kanban style boards
- overall more flexibility with how we manage projects
- it has helped the project managers be more productive and efficient
- when the design team used it to organize projects, it did not make us more productive as a team.
we also use to it to track our schedules, document management, and a reporting tool.
Within the past few years, the organization has tried to get everyone on board with using Adobe Workfront as the main project management and communication tool. Management strongly encourages everyone to use it how its intended, for example, when we add a project to Adobe Workfront, everyone involved in the project should communicate within Workfront rather then a separate email thread about the project.

Adobe Workfront is great for project managers, but I personally don't enjoy using it to much. I work more in the design space and find Adobe Workfront to be a bit clunky and overly complicated at times.
