Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Workfront
We use it to track all our projects and individual tasks from a due date standpoint as well as time tracking standpoint. We also use it o provide updates and comments attached to specific tasks.
Pros
- Keeps track of when tasks are due
- Provides plenty of areas to add in key details
- Provides lots of flexibility for customization
Cons
- Expanding collapsible tabs sometimes re-collapse after you expand them
- The environment has stability issues and seems to crash often
- There is a lot of times when the interface is really slow
- Significant increase in productivity
- Workload balancer feature allows team to evenly distribute work across all team members
- Interactive nature of product allows for increased project collaboration
- Project Managers are able to more easily run status meetings and update details on the fly.
We also use it as a supplement to email, chat, etc. We have created specific protocalls for how to use he update feature. We love it.
We use the update feature to supplement our other communication channels.
