The service greatly reduces the burden to the client of reporting and filing taxes on a periodic, monthly, and quarterly basis. The regularly scheduled, automated integrations to ADP reduce the impact on the client's payroll operations.

We’re glad that you find it valuable in helping to manage your complex regulatory requirements across multiple federal, state and local jurisdictions. Also, thank you for pointing out some areas for improvement regarding error reporting. We’ve recently released a new periodic experience and are working on a quarterly experience that is focused on making error identification and reconciliation easier.
