Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use ADP SmartCompliance for all of our tax filing and deposit needs. Our tax representative is very helpful and knowledgeable. She is always there to help if/when we need [it]. Uploading agency notices is a breeze and doesn't get easier than with ADP SmartCompliance. These are [handled] quickly and efficiently. I don't know what we would do without this.

They have an Analytics Dashboard that helps to review each area.
We love our tax representative. She is always helpful and knowledgeable. If she does not have the answer, she finds it for us.
With a majority of worksite locations being in PA and OH, it is very easy to add the needed local tax jurisdictions to the appropriate company codes. It is a very simple and easy process. Also, it is simple to upload any agency notices we receive and follow the progress. We can also leave notes for the associate working on the case.
