Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

I have had no issues with ADP SmartCompliance. I'm still learning but everyone is helpful. ADP Ambassador discussion threads are helpful, too.

  • Contact/rep doesn't always get back to me
  • Some webinars went so fast that I didn’t get a chance to ask questions or take notes. When I mentioned this in the survey after the webinar, I was emailed and called and asked why. When I explained my responses, they wanted me to say it had been a good experience. It wasn’t.
  • I wish there would be more opportunities for newbies to gain information regarding payroll/ADP

it provides visibility because we can get our tax forms in a timely manner
They actually lack here. I wasn't made aware of an error until it was well past the deadline.
I have better response from our new representative
