Simplify compliance complexity. The ADP links has a tax resource area for research and helps link you to application forms for new state registrations. There are a lot of resources in this area to help you stay up to date and in the know. Good info can help to make good changes and decisions.

The "Help" function not only assist with getting you to what you may be looking for, but also provides links to external resources for garnishment information or to the IRS. The ADP links has a tax resource area for research and helps link you to application forms for new state registrations. Awesome system and representatives!
Speaking only for the tax module, we are able to make sure that we file accurately and on time. We are also able to open reports that will let us know that we have incorrect tax rates or that there are some tax issues with our employees.

SmartCompliance allows for you to access and view information about a tax jurisdiction, as well as make any necessary changes such as updating an SUI rate, filing requirements, new jurisdiction set-up. We have access to several reports to assist with monitoring the companies filing requirements as well as links to assist with state and local tax jurisdictions.

Even though we use ADP for check print it, our physical check layout is maintained by us. ADP provides a list of pay stub requirements, by state, to keep us in compliance. Dedicated account manager and weekly status updates keeps both user and manager aligned and focused. Annual web training is very engaging and is a great refresher, I find these courses to be very helpful. The courses also provide an opportunity to learn about other products ADP has to offer.

This product allows us to keep track of our agency notices in one place which is important as we have over 200 jurisdictions between state and locals. We're able to pull reporting when needed and review the Statements of Deposit for every quarter. ADP is also really great about sending out communications pertaining to updates and regulatory changes that could affect us.

ADP SmartCompliance--A Good Decision for a Smart Company
ADP SmartCompliance allows us to review and audit compliance with local, regional, and federal payroll tax agencies. For example, if we have a new employee, or an employee who relocated to a new jurisdiction and is not set up with ADP SmartCompliance, we receive an immediate notification of this upon the submission of our tax file to ADP. SmartCompliance then provides us with the proper contact details to the agency, as well as the format of the ID number upon registering.
