Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use SmartCompliance as a tax filing and payment source through an API with our payroll entry platform. Our platform is industry-specific and the payroll piece is not as sophisticated to use as an all-in-one payroll source. ADP's SmartCompliance has made it easy to take our information from one system and send to them for financial processing.

Cons

  • My first mention will be a negative as it seems that we are having longer phone wait times than in the past for having questions/issues worked on.
  • I would like to see some of the email notifications, such as invoices have the person that submits the payroll batch included. Sometimes we struggle to search for mainly ones from payment solutions for the payroll file that was submitted in order for us to match up with our records.
  • ADP SmartCompliance has helped us complete our payroll promptly, easily, and securely.
  • We have definitely saved time with using the ADP SmartCompliance Platform.
Cooper and WinTeam have been integrated with ADP SmartCompliance.
Integrating ADP Smart Solutions has definitely helped our teams process more efficiently having data together in order to make our processing time shorter.
It is definitely great to have these updates come directly to us and keeping us aware of these changes that we need to know about in order to be compliant and reduces the need to search for updates on our own.
This is beneficial as mentioned earlier being able to have our data in one place and be able to log in and have multiple ways to search what we are looking for in order to research payments, taxes, etc.
ADP seems to have more updates, modules, and features to meet more needs than some of the others; and they keep improving and adding more.

In our situation with some of the lacking features for the financial piece of payroll processing; this is a great fit for us. Our submittal process has been created to make taking our data files and sending them to ADP SmartCompliance very easy.
