Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used ADP VirtualEdge for paycheck cuts and benefit deductions only. It’s not a bad service but there are definitely cheaper and less clunky options for a similar and or better hr portal service. That said, it does what it’s supposed to once it’s set up correctly!

ADP VirtualEdge is way more expensive than most options but there are a lot of customizable options available. Great at tackling many different situations all in one place but customizations tend to be ad hoc.

ADP Virtual Edge is really great for larger companies (at least a thousand people) with complex situations per employee and/or region. It isn’t so great for smaller companies or start ups - in that case [in my opinion] it is a very expensive product that you won’t be able to use most of the functionality for anyways.
