Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

One of the main reasons that we chose ADP Workforce Now is that we could report on overtime hours and costs in real time. However, during implementation, we found out that we can report overtime hours but the overtime costs are not accurate, and we don't have the capability to adjust the process. At this time we are working on an alternative, but it does not address this business issue.

Pros

  • One-stop shop for employees--pay, benefits, and paid time off

Cons

  • Implementation teams are spread across the country and have limited availability for meetings, questions, and follow-up.
  • Differences between the sales presentation and reality are significant.
  • We are spending more money, and not able to use the overtime function as described.
ADP Workforce Now's time and attendance reports are not an increase in functionality over other databases.
