Overall Satisfaction with AdRoll

The digital media team uses AdRoll for a few of our clients. We used to use it for many more clients however, the product itself has been malfunctioning a lot recently.
  • Dynamic retargeting.
  • A team of people who do try.
  • Finicky systems for dynamic retargeting.
  • Long wait times for actually getting things escalated.
The reason why we chose AdRoll over Criteo is due to the superior seeming dynamic targeting of AdRoll.
AdRoll is a vendor that we only really use for the dynamic retargeting capabilities. This is mainly due to the fact that we have a feed of several different events that we'd like to promote via both display and Facebook. AdRoll has been the only partner that can successfully do that that we have found so in that respect it is a great vendor to use. AdRoll is not suited for someone who doesn't really need that. The other products they have can be done elsewhere and better.
