Overall Satisfaction with AdRoll
Our digital media team uses AdRoll for dynamic retargeting across a variety of clients. It serves display banners that we provide on sites and social based on audience pools and interest. It is most successful in targeting an audience who has already searched for our specific client's products. It also provides accessible reporting dashboards that we can use to report on metrics to our clients.
- The reporting dashboard that is accessible to AdRoll clients is very clean and easy to use. The transparency of these dashboards allows for detailed reporting that can be extended to your client.
- The AdRoll account reps are very responsive.
- The dynamic retargeting that AdRoll provides in a digital setting can target at a very granular level.
- AdRoll tracking on our end has been having issues lately. We are not sure if our tags have not been implemented correctly, or if there is currently a glitch in the system.
- Unfortunately, sometimes the account reps and internal technicians do not communicate efficiently enough when an issue arises. This causes a slow turnaround for troubleshooting.
- The overall understanding that the account reps have of their own system needs improvement.

AdRoll is what we have used in the past, and it provides us with a positive ROI each quarter. We have not really branched out to other dynamic retargeting partners because this is successful.

5 - AdRoll provides the ability to create Dynamic Web ads and Dynamic Facebook ads for our clients. These dynamic ads are served across a variety of platforms with the ability to whitelist and blacklist certain websites. AdRoll can work on a KPI of conversions, so if your client is looking to sell a product or ticket, AdRoll works well. They are able to report on many metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, etc and even provide a useful dashboard that you can check in real time.
5 - The individuals that we have in house to support AdRoll are all on our digital media team. These individuals have an understanding of dynamic web ads, metrics and KPIs, and an overall understanding of digital advertising as a whole. We have members of our team that monitor the AdRoll reporting dashboard on a weekly basis to make sure that all of our campaigns for our clients are serving ads correctly, and creating the correct result that our client wants. This is typically conversions and a high return on ad spend. If our dynamic ads run correctly, we have no issues. In the event of something going wrong, we are able to see these things on our reporting and the AdRoll dashboard, reach out to our rep, and rectify any issues.

AdRoll is the only vendor that we can find that is successful in creating and distributing dynamic retargeting web ads. These are essential to our clients and our KPI, so that is why we use AdRoll and continue to do so.
As an assistant, I am not involved deeply in the selection process so I don't know how my superiors would change their evaluation. As long as AdRoll continues to perform well, I don't think the selection process will change.
