Pros

  • It provides a fun, targeted and easy way for your company's biggest supporters to get even more invested in your success
  • It provides an organized mechanism through which to get customer participation in PR, product, and marketing activities.

Cons

  • This is an evolving product and there are some nice-to-have features not currently supported - but the team is highly enthusiastic and responsive to the requests from their user base.
  • Frequent and ongoing engagement with customers
  • New pipeline of testimonials, references and referrals
Great company with rockstar customer support and onboarding teams. Truly a great partnership.
