Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub
AdvocateHub is the main tool used by the developer relations team within BlackBerry in order to stay in touch with the different developer communities we manage, the Enterprise Developer Groups and the BlackBerry Developer Elites.
The Hub allows us to keep the community members engaged and aligned to the global goals of the company. We create different challenges in order to collect important information about the community members, to keep them busy with activities that bring benefits to both them and the company and, last but not least, to recognize who the best advocates are.
For us, the top 10 advocates are those who will be involved in special activities, invited to events and so on. Using the hubis mandatory for the members of our developer community. For example, if you are part of our Developer Elite community and you have not been using the hub for three months, you'll be demoted.
