Agiloft is flexible, inexpensive and right for you!
Overall Satisfaction with Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management
Agiloft is managing all of our hospital and physician contracts that we negotiate with the health plans. The primary owner is our department which is the managed care department of our health system. We work with legal, compliance, risk and security during the workflow of the contract. Once the contracts are signed and put into action, we are able to publish all of the contracts to our central business office. They are part of the revenue cycle and have to review the contracts from time to time. Especially if there is a question on payment or lack thereof.
Pros
- Categorizing data based on your specific business needs.
- Comparing documents and identifying risk.
- Workflow management and visibility into state of things.
Cons
- Reporting ( I would love to see Power BI integration).
- Easier to design End User Portal.
- Better ability to find the contract you are looking for.
- Broke even within 8 months of switching to Agiloft even with implementation fees.
- Document compare saves time and mistakes.
- Conga Contracts (formerly Novatus)
When compared to other vendors, we found that Agiloft was more flexible. When we asked Conga if they could add a column or field, they said it would take custom work and would cost money. This is something that anyone can do in Agiloft. Agiloft also offers the end users to interact with the system for free as long as they are not doing something to the workflow. Others, including Conga wanted to charge hundreds of dollars per user for that option.
