Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse

We have just started using AgoraPulse in our organization and have had a good experience with it. It is really effective at managing the 2 key social networks, Facebook and Twitter. AgoraPulse is useful for running promotions, contests etc. AgoraPulse is also useful for getting detailed analytics. The lack of Google+ integration is a sore point though.

As I have mentioned earlier, the main reason would be ease of use. Secondly, IMHO, AgoraPulse has a great team of developers and I am sure they would do all it takes to keep it ahead of the competition.
The most important [factor] is how easy and fast you want your social media management tool to be. How frequently are you going to run promotions, campaigns and post on your social networks? If its going to be very often then you should use AgoraPulse
