Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
We use AgoraPulse on our property to manage the social media accounts for a Doubletree hotel as well as our stand alone on property restaurant. It is also used to manage the LinkedIn account for our corporate office.
- AgoraPulse makes it easy for us to schedule postings for the larger events we have on our property. And postings on a regular basis for weekly and daily specials in our restaurant. Having used several other programs in the past, none have performed as well as AgoraPulse.
- It effectively gives us very good analytics of how our posts perform.
- It allows us to clearly see who is engaging with our accounts and engage with our followers all at one time without having to switch across multiple platforms.
- The key area for improvement that I have is the ability to adjust photo sizes for posting to Instagram.
1 - I serve as the marketing manager for both the hotel and restaurant. In total, 7 profiles are managed via AgoraPulse. I schedule posts both daily and weekly for these profiles. Using AgoraPulse has made a significant difference in how our business appears online and has increased traffic to our profiles and new followers and likes.
- AgoraPulse has had a positive impact on our business. Especially in our restaurant. It has helped to spread our message to diners.
Having used Hootsuite in the past at other properties, it clearly is an inferior product to AgoraPulse.
