Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse

AgoraPulse is the second tool of our workflow. We use Trello and AgoraPulse as community managers. AgoraPulse is our main tool to manage every social media account we deal with, it’s an essential part of our work. Once we create the content via Trello, then we add the content, plan it and then make our daily moderation. Sometimes we adjust our planning thanks to the flexibility of AgoraPulse.

  • Some feature aren’t clear (queue)
  • Expensive

Cleaner design, an amazing customer support with a real and true relationship.
A will to make their tool better.
When I’m talking to a junior community manager who is getting more and more accounts to manage, they are stunned when they realize the time they can earn back.
