Overall Satisfaction with airSlate

We have used airSlate to automate much of our documentation that require multiple people to sign off on. We also utilize it to store information from documents in secure excel files. The scope right now is limited to current employees and some vendors we utilize. In the future we are hoping to add customer integration.
  • Storing fields in excel documents
  • User-friendly flow designs
  • Lots of useful bots for automating further
  • The emails that generate from flows are sometimes very slow to process
  • If a flow fails at a certain step, sometimes we do not get alerted by airSlate
  • Adding a bot that can only pull and allow certain values from a dictionary to populate a certain field in a flow
  • Time saved from having to email or run documents to other people for sign off
  • Time saved from auto-storing documents in the correct place once we get all the bots set up
  • Confidence from a legal standpoint due to the validity of e-signatures and its tracking
Overall, the flows are super customizable in a way in which we can automate exactly where things need to go based on use-case simply by how some fields are filled out. However, there are some key features we have asked the company to implement over a year ago that have not been added yet. If these features were added, I would almost certainly say 10/10, but until then we cannot use airSlate for customer integration.
We initially thought airSlate could replace Cognito Forms for our company. However airSlate is missing key features that would allow this. We currently use Cognito Forms to take form entries for clinical samples we receive in the lab and then in bulk are able to ingest new entries into out LIMS platform. The features airSlate is missing to accomplish this is the lack of a reliable databasing feature. Currently we can export things directly into an online excel document, but cannot sort these entries in a viable way as we can with Cognito Forms. Overall, for this customer interfacing purpose, Cognito Forms is vastly superior to airSlate, in my opinion.

Do you think airSlate WorkFlow delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with airSlate WorkFlow's feature set?

No

Did airSlate WorkFlow live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of airSlate WorkFlow go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy airSlate WorkFlow again?

Yes

It is very well-suited for intra-office communication and automation of processes such as sign-off and document storage. It is not very well suited, at the moment, for customer interfacing. In order for this to be accomplished for us we would need some more specific integrations such as being alerted right away if something fails so we can reach out to our customers, as well as being more specific in how we can limit field answers (ie only values from a certain dictionary).
