Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
We switched to using Airtable from another product as it offered us more options in carrying over our event checklists year-over-year. It has a great deal of flexibility, including the opportunity to view your data in varying formats. The calendar view is a huge plus for managing our content calendars.
- Multiple options for viewing your data
- Ease of replication and linking between records
- Simplicity of use
- Greater flexibility in terms of user restrictions are needed. It would be useful to have options for guests to access minor editing features without having to pay for a whole user (i.e. a light user). The previous product we had allowed for this, but Airtable does not.
- Workspaces are great for organizing teams, however, if you're using premium features, you have to upgrade every workspace, which can get pricey.
- An option to expand the height of fields would be nice so that in areas with longer text, you would be able to view more content.
- More colour and icon options for base customization, or the ability to add your own.
- Staff are now more accountable for their tasks
- Reduction in group meeting duration as people have access to status updates at all times
- monday (formerly dapulse)
Monday.com was a great product, but it was quite expensive. While Monday.com may have been more visually appealing and user-friendly, it lacks the flexibility and functionality of Airtable.
