Overall Satisfaction with Algolia
Algolia helps us both AB test and roll out optimizations to our search experience without the need for any significant code changes and without a need for engineering hours. Ultimately, we want to make sure our customers are always able to find what they're looking for, and Algolia allows us to maintain a pulse on our search success rate as well as any pro-active signals on items we don't have inventory for that is being actively searched for.
