Overall Satisfaction with Algolia

As part of the SEO team, I understand the internal searches users perform on the brand website. Then using Alogia reports I work to optimize those search results. My goal is to make sure that my sites and resources are connected correctly, then optimize them to avoid zero search results.

Yes

Algolia has an easy-to-understand user interface and a new user can log in and quickly be onboarded. Once onboarded they can be to understand the reports currently available and start to digest data. Algolia can do a better job of including features and resources from other site search tools, like elastic search.

The most single important factor is implementation. Along with that, onboarding, training, cloud solutions and scalability where considered. Integration with other systems and how well they communicate with each other is also of great concern.
The changes I would make to the evaluation process would be to schedule demos with several products and lengthen the process for process overall to there is more time to evaluate each software product individually.
