Overall Satisfaction with Algolia
We have integrated Algolia into the online store to search for suitable products. All information per product is stored in Algolia's database and the customer receives a suitable search result for their input via the algorithms and search settings.
Thanks to Algolia, we were able to significantly optimize the user experience on our website. The nice thing is that adjustments were immediately reflected in the analytics data, so it quickly became clear which adjustments had a positive and negative impact. We were now able to either assign many idle search queries to relevant search results or determine the corresponding need for new content.
