Overall Satisfaction with Allego Sales Enablement Platform

We use Allego for our onboarding and ongoing coaching and certifications of our sales and account management teams. We initially contracted with Allego for the coaching platform. As we learned about its capabilities and saw the impact the coaching platform was having for our organization, we added the learning platform to reduce speed to market for our new sales team members and our current sales team with new products and services we offer.

  • We have yet to discover something about the system we don't like.
  • If hard-pressed to find a flaw, it would be that whomever authors content, the content is tied to that individual; however, Allego has the capability to "reassign" content to a different author when needed.

Allego is easier to use, more engaging for the user, and easier for the administrator. Our teams have leveraged this tool more than other tools we've tried.

As we roll out new products or services, the learning and coaching platforms are key. They allow us to teach the team the content and then coach them as they video record their delivery of the content to a "client." This allows us to see how much they've absorbed and helps us to redirect them when needed.

Not only is the system easy to use, our users like this system for their training and content access. The support we receive from Allego is vastly superior to other companies/vendors with whom we've worked.

Evaluating Allego Sales Enablement Platform and Competitors

Yes - Showpad. We just couldn't get the traction with Showpad so we moved to Allego for content sharing. In just a few short months, we have more traction in Allego than we did in Showpad in over a year.

No. It wasn't necessary. The support that comes with Allego is top notch and always available.
Yes - The team was quick to rectify the issue and gave us an immediate workaround while they resolved our issue so we immediately had access to the information we needed.
YES! We, unfortunately, had to let a team member go who was an administrator and the Allego team quickly stepped up to take care of "running things" for us until we had another team member up to speed on what the original team member was doing. The reason Allego was able to accomplish this is because their account manager meets with us weekly to show us tips/tricks to using the system and was well-versed on what the former team member had designed. Not a beat was skipped with the departure of the admin.
