Great Platform for All!
Overall Satisfaction with Allego Sales Enablement Platform
We currently use Allego for our LMS, content storage and call intelligence. The business problems the product addresses is the ability to onboard employees efficiently and in a uniformed fashion no matter their role or product they're selling. It also helps us address the need to control the version and type of content our employees are trained on and can provide externally to customers. We also have the ability to track learning by pushing out certifications, additional training courses, and have the capability to view completion, accuracy of answers, and overall engagement with the content and learning materials provided.
Pros
- Content Storage
- Learning Management
- Call Intelligence
Cons
- Badges for Certification Courses
- Ability to group content in different ways
- Ability to select multiple items in a course and push out to new users at one time.
- LMS
- Content Organization and storage
- Call Intelligence & Coaching
- Decreased ramp time in new hires (varied timeframes based on roles)
- Increased knowledge across different areas of the org that were previously very siloed
- Increased visibility into calls and allowed managers to provide coaching after the call
I was not personally involved in the purchase of Allego, but came to the organization shortly after. I would say that Allego stacks up to both Gong and Litmos pretty well with a few differences.
Gong is a little more robust when it comes to the functionality of call intelligence and coaching and has a little more to offer when it comes to syncing up to Salesforce. But doesn't have the content storage or LMS capability.
Litmos has the badging capability that Allego does not, but it didn't have the CI and content storage like Allego does.
