Overall Satisfaction with Aloha POS

It is being used as the the main point of sale and time clock for all the restaurants.
  • User friendly--was easy to train new employees on the system.
  • Reliable--rarely had issues or went down.
  • Great reporting on sales numbers
  • Clunky hardware
  • Through reprint, we were able to identify an issue around drink sales and create a plan to increase them.
  • We were able to speed up the check-out process, allowing us to move people through faster.
Aloha is far superior to Maitre'D in functionality and ease of use. I would definitely recommend Aloha.
Always very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something.
Always very easy to train new employees and the UI allows a very fast check-out experience.

Aloha POS is very well suited for a restaurant, especially one with a dynamic menu and the need for several job codes for individual employees.
