Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

I leverage AlphaSense to research equity, identifying up-to-date publications by reputable contributors. Compared to competitors' sites, AlphaSense's interface enables users to quickly review information without going through an extensive process of downloading documents or opening separate windows first, enabling greater efficiency. I can get more intelligent and faster during the ramp-up period of new projects; this interface and the latest AI feature summarize the top findings related to your search term.

Alphasense is very user-friendly, and the team also does a great job of getting users set up before they are officially left to explore the platform on their own. While I have the added advantage of coming from a background that uses many of the same techniques to search for data, the prompts available and AI incorporated provide the needed direction to identify the information you are looking for without the experience I speak of.
Alphasense has made our everyday work more efficient, as we spend less time identifying the right source. For example, identifying an analyst report on a specific market—on other platforms, there would be the need to download each report to view its contents, but the preview tool enables users to quickly click and scroll through the contents before deciding to download the entire or part of the document.

Alphasense is a one-stop shop for quality data available in various formats. The information available is relevant to employees in the Research department, from Finance to Software Engineering, and the platform's functionalities only increase when considering the integrations available. Finally, customer service is top-notch, given your assigned contact and the live chat feature found on the platform.
