Overall Satisfaction with Alteryx Analytics
Alteryx is used by the few specific departments but they impact the whole organization in business making decisions. It is used majorly to manipulate the data available and to create a statistical analysis. Alteryx is also used in data mining and forecasting techniques, with the help of R coding it is a flexible tool that can help better interpret the data. Sales forecasting and data preparation for resource allocation are the most crucial jobs getting done.
- Data mining: data can be manipulated easily and completely replace excel formulas.
- Forecasting: It has inbuilt statistical models that can serve basic forecasting very well, moreover one can also manipulate the R coding that can help with complex data.
- Statistical analysis: this tool can easily replace the Minitab software by providing solutions for statistical analysis.
- Graphs and charts: Although Alteryx is able to generate graphs and charts, they are not visually pretty and has a big room for improvement.
There's no need to write any codes unless very specific requirements. tremendously flexible and visual masterpiece on what actions one wants to perform. easy to interpret and follow for an unfamiliar person as have simple naming and definitions. wide use of the tool in some other statistical modeling versus other tools requires special skills for that.
