Overall Satisfaction with Altru

Altru is being used as our primary software for our organization. We manage daily sales, merchandise, memberships, and programming all through Altru. It manages all of these areas well and allows easy reporting and sharing of information. While we have different departments using it, the entire program fits our needs.

Centaman Software, which I previously used, did not do a sufficient job of member and donor management. Altru allows for better tracking and cross-use of data. I am impressed with the customer service aspect of Altru as well.
They are always available and very knowledgable. Many times I am able to come up with a solution before they've finished troubleshooting just by having talked through it with them. I really appreciate the Chat feature to answer simple questions in a timely fashion. The training I received was top notch and very detailed.
