Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
I think Apollo.io great tool to use for sales activities. I like fronted visualisation and dashboard. Apollo.io has many modules like record all people data like job title, company name, contact number, email, location and that would help to solve the problem to access to the data in organised way and makes easier for any company.
Pros
- It has Analytical tool and you create report of emails, calls, meeting of last 30 days
- It has Meeting module that integrate with google meet, Zoom and Microsoft Team.
- You can create list of people or companies
Cons
- There's room of improvement where you can have AI Agent to interact and have some conversations
- I believe that you can have more marketing modules like email marketing, Social Media marketing
- Apollo.io could have integrate with call centre system like Cisco, Avaya, and Genesis's
- Increase the profits and revenue by using organised tool for Sales people and has all the data
- it Has section for reports to check sales performance in monthly basis and could have better vision and clarity in how to improve the sales performance in the future.
- Deal section is good to keep track of the status of the lead and keep watching the warm lead and cold lead.
I believe Apollo.io is easy to use as CRM tool and anyone could use it as Sales people needs it. and Sections for sales is clear like people for recording all the data. and it has section for conversations that you can select which video call software to choose to integrate.
