Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io for making and recording calls. We use the recordings to do call breakdowns to help our sales team grow.
The main reason I like using Apollo.io is to help ensure emails land in potential client’s inboxes. I have the emails go through SendGrid to help keep our company URL safe. Creating email cadences are easy, and we get pinged in real-time when a leads becomes hot. This gives us a speed-to-lead opportunity to reach out quickly.
The integration into HubSpot is also easy and seamless.
I haven’t even mentioned the LinkedIn integration and data enrichment. I love this aspect, and I think it’s why someone typically buys Apollo.io, but it’s only a small part of the options I use.

Because a brand new employee can get up and running with Apollo.io in half the time it takes them to learn Salesforce or HubSpot. I think there are many features that normally take multiple software applications, so it also saves money.
Apollo.io integrates with so many systems and is easy to use with LinkedIn which is the number one business social platform.

Apollo.io is great no matter the size of your team. It works from 1-100+ and with teams they can share cadences, and lists. So if marketing builds a list and warms it up they can turn it over to sales to move it through the pipeline.
It is also easy for managers to see the work their people are doing with reports and call recordings. Your team can also save searches, and share parameters.
