Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use Apollo to research both prospective companies/contacts and to do further research into existing companies. I also use it for email sequences, to track tasks,and as a lite CRM. Additionally to find email addresses and phone numbers of those that I want to contact. I also use it to track deals a bit.

Pros

  • Presentation of information on the contact and company
  • Status of the prospect as it works through a sequence
  • Ability to add information quickly

Cons

  • I would love for it to integrate into top UCaaS systems so I can dial from Apollo using my phone number, not having to acquire a number through Apollo which would be an additional number that I don't feel I need.
  • When using the list feature I would like separate lists to maintain the filters I used specific to that list. Maybe there is a way to do that but I have separate filtering requirements for different lists.
  • There seems to be some features that are global, i.e. for the company , where it would be great if those same features can be unique to users within my company or product/service set.
  • More focused search
  • More detail information on individuals
  • Ability to segregate certain features and filtering would be great
Overall I think its a great system, but always room for improvement
Apollo is much better and it's more complete and comprehensive.

Overall I think it's a great sales enablement tool. I think it falls short in being a quasi CRM and the ability to have individual users have settings that are different than each other so that the setting aren't only based on the company. It would be great to be able to use my company number to dial from Apollo as well.
