Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use Apollo.io to find the company email address of recruiters and workers at certain companies such as Wells Fargo, Blackstone, and JP Morgan. You are not able to get this information simply off LinkedIn where you can find a decent amount of information on individuals. Using this access to their emails, I am able to cold-email and connect with corporate workers and experts--something that would not be possible for me without the utilization of Apollo.io.

Pros

  • Finding accurate email addresses of people
  • It makes emailing easier as it allows one to save email templates and directly email people through the website by linking your gmail inbox.
  • the AI feature provides useful suggestions for rewriting text; it can offer shorter, more formal, or more casual rewrites.

Cons

  • There was a time when someone's email was verified yet it was incorrect.
  • Sometimes people search glitches and you find people/emails that you previously found. This requires reloading the page or repeatedly searching the person's name.

It is wonderful. I am able to find employees' emails and linkedin all from one page. If i am not looking for one person specifically, I can browse through the list of employees at various companies. I am also able to send emails through the click of a button.
I am able to save email templates on the website. As a result, I am able to save time on each email by using templates and refining them to the receiver. This has allowed me to send more emails in less time compared to if I had to write each email from scratch.
I give it this rating because it is extremely helpful in my networking and it serves its intended purpose.

I am looking to network, so I needed to do cold-emailing. By using Apollo.io to find the email of people from LinkedIn, I was able to email them. After linking my inbox, I was able to email the person directly from Apollo.io website and keep track of all the cold emails I have sent; this is useful because emails can get lost in my normal inbox due to spam and other mail.
