Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

When targeting specific markets, using ChatGPT did not have the access to contact information of decision makers that Apollo has. I was able to build marketing lead lists for various client profiles relatively quickly. It also connected my LinkedIn so connections could be automated. The automation of the Apollo leads into sequences is what sets Apollo apart making business development seamless.

Finding leads is very simple especially when you can save views/searches on the people search engine. It allows you to transition to decision makers in various industries seamlessly while also targeting employees and revenue amounts of companies. Automated outreach has translated to saving time instead of customizing each individual email.
Everything was self-explanatory and the option to use a chat bot with a human agent was beneficial to overall usability.
I have not used other products.

It has the best pricing for its value given its capabilities. At $100 per month, an employee has access to 5 domains and up to 250 emails per day at optimal capacity.
