Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use to find prospects work emails mainly, sometimes phone number but not often. i found it very useful because most of the time it can be found, and it linked with my LinkedIn so make it easy to access. I want to use it for email Candence but however my company admin seems did not gave me the access for it, which is the only problem for me.

Pros

Cons

  • Onboarding process for new customers , like our org, i think most of my colleague do not familiar the tool so they not like it as they are used to use Cognition
  • Credit Consumption: The credit system is confusing and restrictive
  • the Tiered Features: The most advanced and sought-after features, such as advanced reporting, unlimited sequences
  • AI-Powered Features , please have more and improve it
  • saved my timer for searching prospects contacts
  • increased my email replied rate and allows me reach out more people
  • cost saving
I wish i could use that too. but maybe some of your sales people can talk to my org let them realized how good is Apollo . I think we paid for it but however my access was restricted for some internal reason that they do not let me use automate outreach

I really like it and it works for me as SDR/DBR
Apollo is my favorite in terms of the quality for emails and phone . and i have been using so many other tools which unable to gave me that kind of data.

Apollo.io's pricing is more affordable for us . Apollo provides a one-stop shop for finding leads, sending emails, and managing basic deal flow which i really like. for the less appropriate is : The Credit Consumption: Phone number credits are often limited on Apollo.io's plans, making it an expensive and inefficient solution for a call-heavy strategy.
