Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io for lead generation and sequence building. Apollo.io is able to create targeted lead lists based on a whole host of filters. We have been very pleased with the results so far and the platform is much more advanced than other outreach softwares we have used in the past.

We utilize all features in Apollo.io, minus the deal management as we use SalesForce. Apollo.io's integration with SalesForce has been useful to log activity, create leads and contacts and manage follow ups. Our outreach is very automated when we want it to be, and we can manually approve outreach when we feel like it is appropriate to do so.
Saved us time in lead generation, in particular. Leads are of decent quality and the scope is much wider than our sales organization was typically targeting. This has allowed us to find new opportunities for our business and has been a big time-saver all around.
Very user-frendly. There are a lot of options and it does take some getting used to. Good to have an experienced rep that can fully understand the platform and it's quirks in order to help the overall team.
It is more advanced than Outplay, better integrations, introduction of AI features. It was a better fit than Outplay for our business needs.

Lead generation based on specific target filters or similar companies is fantastic. Great for larger organizations that do lots of outbound. Too advanced for smaller companies.
