Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We generally use Apollo.io to prospect, make sequences for different approaches and also to have analysis of our outreach.
Basically it is used for both our inbound leads and outbound leads to have a better sales results.
The scope f using the application is majorly to bring in more clients in the company an generate revenue

Pros

  • Phone numbers which are healthy for outreach
  • Prospecting new clients and making lists
  • Sequence gives a clear format to reach out which worked for the company

Cons

  • the integration of sales NAVIGATOR and displaying it with the contacts page
  • the option of integrating our emails with highspot with smooth process to add some material for prospects
  • I also feel the option to add people again on sequence would be better
  • Since our company is new to Apollo.io there has not been that long to know the increase in meeting booked
  • There is indeed a positive impact with verified profiles and smart filtering
  • There is still room for some improvement like, integrations with other tools
I think for our company Apollo.io would be a great tool for efficiency than before because it has too many features all in one place.
like we can also change the phone numbers if it is not healthy which i feel is great to have.
our team can see the analytics which boosts team morale and overall productive outcomes
Apollo.io has indeed saved our time for me, my team and i believe for my organization as well.
since i am in marketing ops with specifically in BDR it is very important to have a clean, crisp and great researching of leads inorder to have an efficient use of the tool.
the verified email and phone number indication is the best to navigate which prospect to reach out to
as I mentioned earlier too, i personally feel that Apollo.io has a great interface where we can prospect and find great verified leads to have an outreach.
sequence gives us a format that is very personalized according to what has worked in past and what has not for the company.
Salesloft to be exact is only a scheduling tool with having a kind of similar features like Apollo.io in context of sequences.
in Salesloft there is cadence which is very similar to sequence in Apollo.io and it also works seamlessly but on the contrary it does not have anything more to offer like Apollo.io where we get everything.

I think Apollo.io is well suited for prospecting especially if a company is trying to reach out to new accounts based on their preference because we can get verified emails and calls of prospects which gives a confidence to marketing ops team to know they are reaching to a right contact.
