Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use Apollo.io mostly to do my outreach and enrich my leads.
I am able to manage several cadences and cooperate with my collogues rather simply in our outreach strategy and execution.
Being a small startup we do not really need the full scope of capabilities Apollo.io offers, but would consider them going for no doubt.

Pros

  • Candace structuring
  • leads sourcing
  • enrichment

Cons

  • some features are hard to find
  • sometimes it is not clear who owns which prospect
  • The AI scoring is a black box
  • efficiency
to a great extent
Not very well - the AI is still too generic and does not stand out
it is highly functional - but not as user friendly as it could be
Klenty was full of bugs - but more user friendly

so far it has been great for building and executing cold outreach campaigns.
I would like it to also do email warmup and testing to that I know the health of my domain and manage it in the same app.
