Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

Finding contact information of my prospects - specifically in the commercial real estate world. reaching out to landowners and developers and finding their linkedin is only the first step but getting to their contact information, whether thats email or phone and then being able to reach them directly greatly increases my chances of bringing them into my business as a client.

  • Could give more phone number options when available
  • Could give personal and business email when available
  • Not ALWAYS being there - only when it is relevant
  • led me to getting my current job

it has greatly impacted efficiency.
yes it has saved me a significant amount of time.
it is always there, ready to be used when i need it. having it alwasys there also reminds me that i have access to it.
one, because its a free tool - and also i think its better.

The best scenario is finding the prospect's contact info off of linkedin. when i am looking at a coprorate website - through their leadership team - i don't think it would work quite as well. works best when there is one specific contact you're interested in reaching out to in particular.
