Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io for outreach (sequencing, calls, emails) and for the prospecting and enriching. I manage a team of SDRs who use this tool everyday. I also utilize it for the analytics piece so that I can keep track of my team's activity, open rates, response rates, etc. We are able to prospect companies and top targets much quicker and enroll them into sequences within the same platform. It is much more efficient, structured and effective in our outreach efforts.

It has been nice having one platform that we can does almost everything we need instead of having to toggle between multiple platforms. It's easier to upload prospects into sequences and monitor the effectiveness of those sequences. The integration piece is less of a hassle since everything operates under one platform.
Apollo.io has saved my organization time by being able to use one platform to prospect and enrich data and then begin outreach by enrolling them into a sequence. Time that I used to spend manually checking calls, emails, connections I can now spend doing other things since Apollo.io automates and provides a lot of these tasks.
Apollo.io is easy to use and has a lot of different features to explore and utilize. My SDR team likes having their prospecting tool and outreach tool in one platform. While there are tons of features to explore, Apollo.io offers an arsenal of information and resources to help with many of the questions we have. Any time there is an issue or question, someone is responsive and eager to help.
All of these platforms are good and offer valuable tools, but where Apollo.io is different is how this one platform does the job of several different ones. It is nice not having to use multiple platforms to get things done and makes integration and analytics issues occur less often. It is user friendly and constantly working to improve.

I think it is convenient that Apollo.io offers many different features from prospecting, sequencing, analyzing and organizing all in one platform. It does a great job at making our workflow more efficient and keeping everything organized under one platform. My SDRs think it is a user-friendly tool in terms of finding new prospects and putting them into sequences. Being able to analyze our open rates, click rates, response rates, sentiment, deliverability scores, etc. have been very helpful in improving our messaging, times for outreach and connects.
