Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I have been using Apollo.io from 2024. I use it to generate leads and to customise email campaigns.

Problem :
- In B2B, we need to connect with the very right person who can make the decision. Finding the right person becomes challenging and getting their contact details is more difficult when we are targeting the global market.
- Then the numbers and email id my company had are too old and outdated. If we are running any campaign, we get blocked and have no visibility on the open and click rate.

Solution that Apollo.io provided :
- We can customise our email as per the client and the AI helps in writing. We added 5 email IDs and were able to send automated 250 emails per user in a single day. (50 emails from each mail id per day keeps the health good, and you don't get tagged as spam)
- The filters are too good, you can target any industry from any geographical area with filters to target any designation from any vertical.
- The email tracking helped us in knowing the hot leads and it shows how many times the targeted person has viewed and clicked our link. This feature is too good for lead generation and helped our cold calling team to reach the targeted person in right time.
- The last is the phone number and email id available, which is updated and is linked to LinkedIn. You not only see the contact details but can check their LinkedIn ID as well.

Pros

  • Automated Email Campaigns with sequences
  • The filters are too good especially the AI buyers intent filter
  • The UI/UX is better than Lusha and Zoom info
  • The phone nu and email IDs are updated
  • The automatic lead creation when integrated with CRM. Easy integration

Cons

  • The price is a bit high when it comes to the organisational category. Though we use the professional one, I have the urge to use the $119 plan, but it's too highly priced.
  • We got 200% more demos just after using Apollo.io. This is a 6 month stat I am sharing
  • Revenue jumped 40%
Very effective. This is the reason I loved Apollo.io. Nobody talks about the UI. The UI is too good for a new user. I have used other tools as well, but the experience I got from Apollo.io is too good. It has too many complicated filters and features but UI made it too easy to handle and learn.
We are using Hubspot as CRM and Apollo.io has 1 click integration feature. I could easily integrate my CRM and all the contacts I would open, and Apollo.io would create a lead in HubSpot. This is too good and saved a lot more time. And in the Email campaigns you create steps, this will automatically help you follow up on your leads.
The UI is too good to use.

- Ease of adding leads to CRM saves a lot of time.
- Email Campaigns helped track the clients' activities, and a more than 92% delivery rate helped us reach the target easily.
- AI to customise the email body and sequences helps us understand the market. Which Geo area has a better reach and reply can be tracked.
- Updated Email Id and Phone number are highly positive points. And every contact details link with LinkedIn is a plus.
