Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

So we use Apollo.io to find the email id of our potential customer. The purpose is to find their email id and send a cold email and phone number for cold calling purposes. So, as an email marketer, email ID is the most important thing for me. Most of the time, I could not find the email ID of the potential customer, so by using Apollo.io, I can pull the data in bulk and export it in the required format and start an email campaign. It has saved most of the time and also most effective. As an email marketer, Apollo.io is the best tool to scrape the potential customer details for cold email outreach or cold calling.

Pros

  • Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
  • I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
  • Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
  • Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding

Cons

  • The most concerning thing is that previously Apollo.io was a reasonable price now the new pricing has been increased. Previously, I was on a top plan, but now I'm not. Pricing is the thing which should improve, I believe
  • In the higher education industry, when a new person is appointed or a change in the designation, it takes time in Apollo.io to show; sometimes it misses, but I can find their email id on Google. In some areas, I feel this. mainly in the Malaysian market
  • Sometimes the tab freezes in Chrome and works charm in the other browser. I thought its only for me, but a friend of mine is also facing this
  • ROI has recovered max purchase after 1-3 months in between
  • The lead quality is also good MQL And SQL
  • The bulk email export based on the designation and location is the most useful thing which has saved most of my time
I started my journey in email marketing and Apollo.io was the first tool which was introduced to me to find the potential customers details as an email marketer. Email is the most important thing we need to find the email we need a more number of team and more time. By using this, we saved more time and we started working effectively.
So I started using Apollo.io AI recently, the AI assistant thing, which has been the best for me because whenever a new joiner or colleague is having trouble or lost somewhere, I advise them to use the AI assistant feature. It has saved me most of the time and also they can improve themself and new and explore more features in the tool.
This is life saving tool for me as an email marketer. I play around with the data, Apollo.io is where I can find all kinds of potential customers in a single platform and I can choose and filter based on the designation location and industry and export the data in bulk and use.
Tried the free version and I felt the UI and UX were difficult for me. Since I was using Apollo.io for ages, it's hard to get out of Apollo.io because the UI and UX in Apollo.io are easy to read and understand, so Apollo.io will be my choice.

As an email marketer, Apollo.io plays a major role, as our job is to cold call and email outreach. We need a bulk number of data. We can't go and do these things manually, but with the help of Apollo.io, we can do that, and it has saved enough time and also brought quality leads. I don't feel any less appropriate anywhere.
