Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For presentations and communicating to large audiences. I also use it for workshops. We need some way of visualising information and communicating that visualisation back to people in large groups.

It's cheaper that PowerPoint
It's easier to use than PowerPoint

There are some things it does very well and other things it does less well. In my view, though, the product hasn't moved on significantly in recent years. PowerPoint is starting to leapfrog Keynote in terms of what it does. I would score Keynote higher if it had moved on more

Prezi, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Powerpoint Online

It's not cloud based, which is a good thing. There are many similarities. Prezi and other cloud based products are much more powerful.
