Overall Satisfaction with AppSheet
We tried AppSheet to digitize a form of ours for field inspectors to use while away from the office. This was supposed to just be used for one team, to begin with. The form was intended to remove a paper step and incorporate a new workflow to replace it. Unfortunately, AppSheet was not sophisticated enough for what we were trying to accomplish as far as creating the interface. We wanted something very customized.
- Simple to set up.
- Fast to get in place.
- Good sheet/data storage options.
- Just not the right tool for very specific layout configurations.
- Great learning opportunity in testing out the product
These other platforms support a higher level of client with greater and more specific needs. The support is better with these other two service providers and of course, the cost goes up to match. For those with simple needs, AppSheet has got you covered. For those who need more complex forms, you may need to search elsewhere.
