Overall Satisfaction with Apptoto
We don't just use Apptoto for its original intention, an appointment setting & a reminder program. We use it for these purposes, yes, but we also use it and have manipulated it for use as an aggressive marketing campaign tool. We use it to remind our customers their yearly service is due to their equipment, based on their anniversary date from the prior years' service or new equipment purchase. So over X days/weeks/months, we use Apptoto as a drop marketing campaign generator. It is a manual process to set up, but once you fire it off, you don't need to babysit it to work it methodically.
I have not used any other applications that would be comparable to what Apptoto is providing for our company. It was the first program I came across and was smitten by the demo, which took me down the Apptoto Rabbit hole to discover all of its current functions. To date, the limitations I have with Apptoto have been nowhere near enough reason for me even to consider looking at other applications.
Their online support and phone coverage are the best I ave ever encountered. Jovial, kind, and responsive are the word I would use to describe what they do and the methodology of why they do it so well. Online support is a breeze because you can upload images/video clips — no need to have a 3rd party app, like GoToMeeting for underlying support issues.

- Apptoto's customer support is some of the best I have interacted with. They are patient, kind, and have follow-through. This app works amazingly well for Appointment setting and reminders. SO simple to use.
- For full-spectrum Salesforce integration, it does need some help. Although, with that, I am attempting to do probably out of the realm of intention with this software. It has the potential to do so much more with SF or other CRM's if they wanted to do so.
