Overall Satisfaction with APS
APS was used in the Human Resources and Payroll departments of my company.
- New hire implementation.
- News distribution and postings.
- Employee reporting.
- Recording training, this is tedious as you have to put it in individually and cannot put in a class of 150 all at once.
- Onboarding, there is no onboarding program in APS.
- Initially I think a good ROI but we didn't have a way to do onboarding or certain employee retention programs like perfect attendance, etc.
They both have their good points and negative points, overall I think ADP is a better with recruitment platforms and onboarding. But APS had some good features as well.
