Overall Satisfaction with Arcoro HR

I absolutely love using Arcoro HR for our ATS system. For us, it's a great system that allows us to solve lots of our HR management including payroll, scheduling, onboarding, and bringing lots of metrics altogether. It's a great tool because it's everything that I need working with recruiting and HR team. It also helps the employees with performance management and professional growth

It only has affected my business in a positive way! It's been great to use this for our candidate and employee management!
It's a bit bulky in terms of the other ATS systems out there such as Zenefits, or Paylocity or Lever or Greenhouse where the functionalities and the buttons are more user friendly designed. Acroro HR is a pretty bulky and difficult to really use because the navigation is just everywhere!
Acoro is really great and stacks well in the industry. There really isn't any other ATS system out there that works with contractors and other different industries which makes it tailored really well into the field. It centralizes around different scopes that employees and contractors need like compensation, schedule, and performance!

Onboarding has been fantastic to use with this ATS system because it really helps to maintain a strong impression of who we are as a company and making sure the process is as seamless as possible. There's a checklist and in terms of immigration, paperwork, background check, reference checks, and much more and it helps out the recruiters and the HR team SO MUCH. I love how everything is just all in one place.
