Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime
We use ExakTime mobile for employees to clock in/out. We use ExakTime Connect for managers to review, update, and approve timecards. We use Synclinx to import employees, jobs (location), and phase codes (cost code). We use Accountlinx to export the timecard data in order to review and import into Spectrum. It was pretty ok, but recently we experience an issue. The clock should round up/down to 00, 15, 30, 45 mins in order to calculate exact pay for 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1 hour, etc. But after we remove the approval and update the timecards again (PM sometimes need to do that after reviewing timecards with employees), the mins turned back to when they clock in, ex 8:03 am, 5:04 pm, etc. It's pretty annoying. Then the total hour changes. I already submit the case to the Tech Support, but it's been several days, still no response. I also follow up one time already.

- software update is good, but should be for improvement, not stepping back (the mins issue I mentioned in the previous question)
- save time doing payroll since can import into Spectrum
